The Shakisso farm started to produce organic coffees since 2002 on an ear of 640 hectares. This coffee has a serious personality but yet seductive. Far away from the juicy and berry notes of typical Ethiopian coffees we found a coffee with low acidity, medium body and with notes of biscuits, dried fruits, lemon zest and a gentle dried aftertaste reminiscent of black jasmine tea.
This lot has been roasted specially for Slurp to the medium to dark roast level to give just a punch of the toasting notes.
