Wilmer Linares owns Finca La Lucuma, located in Huabal in Peru. Coffees from Huabal are known to be fruity and sweet, yet delicate. Huabal offers excellent conditions to grow coffee, but the drying process is a bit challenging because of the heavy rains and cloudy days. Coffees are well selected and dried properly, and this offers extraordinary levels of quality and complexity.
