The medium dark roast of this Nicaraguan coffee opens up a world of unique and rich flavours. The first flavours are fruity, with notes of ripe pear, but after cooling, the coffee offers delicious notes of toffee and light chocolate with nuts. The acidity is pleasant and mild, due to the relatively long roast time. Pleasant mouthfeel.
