Peru Colibrí Full City comes from the Chanchamayo province in Peru. The coffees comes to the roastery directly from the farmer. The coffee farm has the Organic certificate and they consider ecology otherwise too for instance by using renewable energy and reducing their carbon dioxide emissions. In practice this is achieved by turning the peels of the coffee into energy by solar and hydro power. Additionally, the farm supports the education of local children. The farmers are a couple from Peru and Switzerland: Thomas and Gisella.
Café Nazca’s espresso roast emphasises the coffee’s chocolaty qualities bringing forth also sweetness and nuances of nuts.
