Espresso Papua New Guinea HOAC is a top notch organic coffee ecologically and ethically produced by over 2600 farmers. The coffee has both Fairtrade and Organic certificates. One farm is comprised of approximately 0,5 hectares. The coffee comes from volcanic region optimal for coffee production, which is also called the paradise of birds.

Mokkapuu has roasted the coffee in the Kustavi archipelago. In this espresso, one can taste a full body and various nuances of nuts and chocolate. Slight acidity, and people with a keen sense of taste might also detect shades of mango.
