Sweet nuts
A summer breeze
This Brazilian San Rafael is roasted dark, close to the second crack. The nutty and soft Brazilian creates the foundation for this coffee. The Natural processing adds a slight sweetness to the coffee. In this coffee, the effect typical to Natural processed coffees is not too pronounced.
The Kenyan coffee is more eloquent and acidic farm coffee that Pirkanmaan Paahtimo has acquired directly from the farmer Muchangi Murithi. The Kenyan beans add depth and complexity to this coffee by being of a lighter roast than the Brazilian beans. The resulting coffee is perfect for summer, especially as an espresso with a berrylike nuance. It’s splendid as it is or with milk.
The name “Paahtimon kesäespresso” is in English “The Roastery’s Summer Espresso”.
