Dona Nemén comes from the Cerrado coffee area in Brazil. The coffee is a fairly typical, high quality Yellow Bourbon of the region. It also has excelled in local coffee competitions. The coffee is full-bodied, but you may also find it has a fresher side: florality and faint citrusy flavours. In Kaffe Obscura’s optimal roast the nutty flavours of the coffee gain some ground from the lighter tastes, while the mouthfeel reaches a perfected body.
