This is a pleasant clean coffee, with a smooth body and aftertaste. We roast these beans to the dark side while keeping the Italian philosophy of roasting: slowly and carefully, so as to keep the good mouthfeel and flavours. This is an extremely pleasant coffee and very versatile: works very good for any brewing recipe and equipment.
