Dark Espresso Brazil 80% Uganda 20%
Rock Paper Scissors Indie Roastery
Roasted: 04/04/2019
Roaster: Jesse Parkkali
Chocolate is, in my opinion, the best flavour you are able to get out from a darker roast espresso. I also want my dark espresso to have a smooth body. These both factors made me use a Brazilian pulped natural coffee. To increase the chocolate sweetness I added 20% of Ugandan washed arabica from Kawacom farmer group. The 80/20 blend works perfectly with milk but don’t hesitate to try it as an espresso! I hope that you and your taste buds will like it!
