Antonio Andrade Pereira Filho’s and Maria da Conceição Costa Pereira’s 90-hectare farm Irmas Pereira, was founded in 1971. The coffee on the farm is made up by multiple varieties, with flavours all citrus fruits to chocolate. Besides the sunny weather, the temperatures in Minas Gerais are mild and it rains evenly around the year. The coffee’s from the area all share a rotund body and a medium acidity. The Pulped Natural process requires great precision and special work, but the end result is a clear flavoured cup of coffee with complexity. Due to its excellent and nuanced flavour, Irmas Pereira has been a success in many coffee competitions.
