Mr Goto was a world coffee roasting champion in 2012 and very popular in Japan. His coffee is carefully produced by small farmers in the southern part of the Colombian department of Wira. It arrives from a small production micro-lot ‘Los Idolos’. The green beans are sent to Japan in small vacuum packs rather than jute bags to reduce quality loss during transport and storage, ensuring excellent freshness. The beans are roasted to a medium-dark roast to bring out their clean, clear freshness, richness and balance. It has a silky, soft and smooth texture and a sweet aroma resulting from its high degree of ripeness.
