The roastery recently had a pop-up store in Copenhagen. One of the customers was a SLURP coffee subscriber who had had coffee from Leaves Coffee Roasters, which made them very happy, says Mr. Ishii, the roaster. He is one of the young leaders of specialty coffee in Japan. Antonio Ticas, the producer of this coffee was born into a family of coffee farmers. He is the fourth generation and his children, determined to take over, will be the fifth generation.
