Chestnuts・Green apple・Black tea
Nicaragua San Salvador Javanica Fully Washed
Golpie Coffee
Roaster: Yuya Kawai
The coffee has a delicate taste reminiscent of the gentle sweetness of chestnuts, and furthermore, the mouthfeel is smooth and disappears with a lingering sweetness. As one continues drinking, the sweetness and thickness of the mouthfeel increase with fresh fruit nuances such as green apple and white peach. Luis Emilio Valladarez began growing coffee plants in the region of Dipilto in 1955 with the 6-hectare Buenos Aires farm. Now managed by Olman Valladarez, his son.
