Although light roasting is the standard in speciality coffee culture, the gorgeous fruitiness that can be felt along with the roasted aroma is the very character of Yirgacheffe, and the gorgeous raspberry-like fruitiness and the moderate roasted aroma match very well. This coffee allows even those who do not like acidity to experience the fruitiness of speciality coffees. The roaster believes that even really dark roasted coffee, or rather only dark roasted coffee, can reproduce a smooth mouthfeel and pleasant aftertaste that has not been present in dark roasted coffee until now, by using high-quality raw materials.
