This coffee has been carefully sorted at the production site and has a zero defects standard, which means that its green beans are sorted after harvesting, drying, and threshing on the farm, and further hand-picked before export, and carefully sorted at each stage of the production process. The sincere efforts of the farmers have resulted in a great taste with a sense of transparency.
