Shyira Washing Station is located in northern Rwanda and is a new production site established in 2017. Its terroir produces flavors that set it apart from other areas. The Nyabihu area was discovered by the Rwandan Coffee Exporter while researching “production areas that can produce unique flavour profiles”. With an elevation of 2,300 meters, the highest coffee growing area in Rwanda, and mountain valleys shrouded in deep fog, these terroirs produce a cup quality that sets it apart from other areas.
