This is the return of a very popular dark blend coffee from Masakuni Sakata, who represented Japan at the Coffee Roasting world competition in June 2023. The Koseyama blend is a deeply roasted coffee with a blend of Ethiopian natural and washed beans. It is bitter with a hint of floral and spicy flavours and a gentle acidity. It has a creamy mouthfeel with brown sugar and honey-like sweetness, and a long, pleasant aftertaste. Since spring is well on its way, try this as iced coffee too, works well and brightens up your day!
