Cane sugar・Floral・Berry-like
Sammon light
Kirjalan Paahtimo
Roaster: Olli Siitari
This newest coffee from Kirjalan Paahtimo has received a 82.5 cupping score, has a medium-bodied mouthfeel and when roasted light like this, the more floral aromas can be found in the brew – especially when using V60. The cane sugar still remains the dominant flavour and gives the cup a lot of sweetness. From the Chanchamayo region of Peru, the coffee is produced jointly by many small farmers and has a balanced profile in typical South American fashion. The coffee is carefully grown and cultivated by experienced farmers in the coffee industry. Peruvian is now one of the most recognised coffees in the world and it delivers you a smooth cup that helps you relax, yet has the perfect caffeine kick that can start your day.
