Full-bodied・Spicy・Liquorice
Sumatra French Roast
Inka Paahtimo
Roaster: Pamela Aranciaga Mauricio
The volcanic growing environment and the traditional Gilling Basah processing give this coffee its characteristic low acidity and full-bodied mouthfeel. This coffee is grown by the Mandailing people on the island of Sumatra. The coffee is produced by the women-led Ketiara cooperative, which is committed to gender equality and organic production. This coffee works well as a filter coffee as well as an espresso.
