Kelly Fernandez’s La Victoria farm is located at an altitude of 1,400 metres in the small town of Acevedo in south-west Colombia. The fertile soil and the shade of banana trees provide a perfect growing environment for coffee plants. The batch purchased by the roastery is of the F6 variety, which is characterised by its resistance to leaf rust and its high productivity.
