This coffee is grown by Yanesha families in Villa Rica in the Oxapampa region of Peru in the rainforest. This coffee is grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers on the slopes of the Andes. The pulp of the coffee beans is mechanically removed, fermented in water for 16 hours and then twice passed through a sieve to separate the lower quality beans.
