The coffees from the Abi Coffee roastery are Grade 1 coffees. The roaster imports the raw coffee themself from Ethiopia to Finland, responsibly and directly from the farmer, without any middlemen. This way, the coffee not only provides an excellent taste experience, but also gives farmers the opportunity to make a difference in their own country. The origin of the coffees is traceable and the crops are grown close to the roaster’s coffee expert Helen Ghebrehiwet’s home village of Sidamo in southern Ethiopia. All of the roastery’s coffees are Natural processed.
