Balanced and sweet coffee from the Okapa Valley of Papua New Guinea. In addition to the toffee and cherry flavours, the palate has a rich nuttiness. The area is small, ranging from a few coffee trees in the garden to farms of up to three hectares, which form a cooperative. The coffee trees grown here are often over twenty years old, which is unusually high for this type of production crop, and often results in a slightly lower yield.
