Brazil Paraiso
Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo
Roaster: Milla Auvinen
Agronomist Guy Carvalho bought the Fazenda Paraiso farm in the 1990s. He is passionate about coffee, and this is reflected in the high quality of the coffee he produces. For Carvalho, it is important that the soil on his farm is allowed to be its natural self, growing not only coffee but also a wide variety of plants and trees specific to the region. In other words, he wants to work with nature rather than control it. Paraiso is located in Cabo Verde, an area particularly suited to coffee growing thanks to its climate, clear seasons, low humidity and suitable temperatures.
