A clean, very dark roast coffee with a fresh, ripe fruitiness, caramel and a hint of red apple. The taste is nutty, honey-vanilla and slightly mapley in addition to the dark chocolate. There is a subtle acidity in the cup that gives a refreshing sense of brightness, even though the coffee is otherwise strong.
