This coffee is produced at the Aricha washing station in Boledu, Ethiopia. Before each harvest, the producer community trains farmers in the standards of specialty coffee. Boledu also pays smallholder farmers a price above the market price, provided they produce uniform and ripe berries. Boledu Coffee operates four washing stations, including the Aricha washing station in southern Yirgacheffe. This sweet, light roast coffee will give you a boost for the day!
