For this blend, the roaster selected beans from four different origins based on intuition and experience, calculated the proportion of each and came up with the final result, Artigianale. The roaster calls this blend Artigianale in memory of all the producers, coffee growers and roasters who have each put their attention and dedication into producing something excellent, meaningful and timeless that is more than just a good cup of coffee.
