Caramel・Nuts・Dark chocolate
El Salvador dark
Roger´s Coffee
Roaster: Roger Snellman
The current owners of El Molino, Jose Antonio Jr and Antonio Salaverria, inherited the farm in 2011. The culture and success of El Molino is based on the farm’s meticulousness and selective picking. After picking, the coffee is processed at Beneficio Las Cruces in nearby Santa Ana, then packaged and shipped. This coffee shows incredible stability in terms of reliable flavours and cup brightness. When roasted dark, El Salvador becomes a more intense, creamy and full-bodied coffee with flavours reminiscent of dark chocolate and a blend of caramel and nuts. As an espresso, it has sweetness and dark fruit flavours with dark chocolate.
