This coffee, grown by Justin Musabyimana, comes from the Nyamasheke region in the north of Rwanda. In addition to an eight-hectare farm, the farm has a washing station where, in addition to its own coffee, it processes the harvest of nearby farmers. Natural processing enhances the sweetness of the coffee beans, with a lingering sweet berry aftertaste in the cup. The espresso condenses the sweetness of the coffee berry, with hints of cranberry and red grape and a cacophonous smoothness.
