India Monsoon Malabar

Inka Paahtimo

Roaster: Pamela Aranciaga Mauricio

India Monsoon Malabar comes from several farmers from Chikmagalur district that is located in Karnataka state, in the South West part of India. Monsooning is a process unique to India and it results in a low acidity cup that many coffee drinkers prefer. In the monsoon process coffee beans are exposed to moisture-laden monsoon winds in well-ventilated warehouses. Monsoon Malabar is a really good fit for those who prefer really dark roasts and without any acidity in the taste. In the cup, you will find really dark chocolate with some hints of spices and nuts. Since the bean is extremely soft and low density, it is roasted really gently.
