This superb coffee comes from the Santuario-Guadalupe Zaju Process center in Chiapas, South of Mexico. Guadalupe Farm has been in Mr. Esteve`s family for almost 40 years producing excellent Mexican coffees. Kahiwa is all about roasting exceptionally great coffees that are based in sustainable business. They believe that by buying coffees as straight from the farms as possible with a fair price, they are not only supporting the farmers in economic terms, but also enabling them to pour out their passion to the coffee.
