José Dutra Sobrinho (Zeca) started his family coffee business in Minas Gerais in the 1950s on just over one hectare of land. Recognising the potential, Zeca expanded and improved the farm. After his death in 1999, his wife Osvaldina and sons Walter and Ednilson inherited over 300 hectares of farmland. The brothers, who were born and raised on the farm, have dedicated more than 35 years to agribusiness and coffee production with an emphasis on training to improve farming practices.
