The Aquiares farm, under the leadership of grower Diego Robelo, has invested in a number of experimental coffees, taking the quality of the whole farm to a new level. Peaberry beans are special beans, growing as the only beans inside the coffee pod, instead of the usual two beans. The coffee has a fresh and citrusy flavour, with a juicy mouthfeel.
