This delicious Gran Palomar coffee is the reason why Cafetoria Roastery started their coffee adventure back in 2002. Talking to coffee producers, they learned about the current coffee crisis and how it affects the villagers of the El Palomar region. Their coffee was excellent and even won 2nd place in the best Peruvian coffee at the time. Should this not be a blessing for them? Ivan and Mia promised to do their best to help them, and here they are, celebrating almost 19 years of friendly cooperation! The secret to Gran Palomar’s addictive taste is its sweetness and the approachable flavours of chocolate and nuts. This coffee is also organically grown, protecting the natural environment of the Amazonian highlands for future generations.
