Kodagu (Coorg) district is located in Karnataka State, South India. The region is well known for its diverse flora and fauna, with a rich biodiversity and ideal climatic conditions, coffee has been grown in Coorg for over 100 years. Kodagu‘s economic activities rely on an important part of agriculture. A major part of the land in Kodagu is therefore used for coffee plantations. From small size farms up to larger estate, various plantations can be found in Kodagu. Grove Estate is a coffee plantation based in Coorg, also called “The Scotland of India“.
