Dark chocolate・Caramel・Heavy body
Corazón Oscuro
Paso Paso
Roaster: Bram De Hoog
Corazón Oscuro means ‘dark heart’ in Spanish. It stands for the love the roastery has put into creating a dark roast. With this coffee, Bram wanted to create a dark roast that appeases a larger audience – without sacrificing their dedication to sustainability and quality. The combination of the Diego Robelo Peaberry and Diego Baraona Bourbon Black Honey is focused on high sweetness and consistency with a low acidity. The dark roast allows for easy extraction and dial in. The flavour we find are of caramel with a have body with just enough acidity to keep it interesting.
