Roest Kaffee
A real rarity! Finding a bean of such quality that can be roasted for filter and espresso is really rare. This washed processed Arabica bean is characterised by its mild acidity and a velvety sweetness, which gives it a complex and balanced flavour. Its clear aromas remind you of ripe red berries and apricots. The beans come from the Hacienda Misiones in the state of Cundinamarca, Colombia. The farm that grows this coffee offers a number of social programs for its employees. The finca also runs its own school for the children of the employees. The roaster – and us at SLURP love this kind of commitment because it makes the coffee taste even better!
