Roest Kaffee’s founders David and Ivan have always been crazy about coffee, and in 2017 they decided to leave their jobs to start their own specialty coffee roastery. They decided to focus on real speciality coffees: small harvests, hand-picked with love. Roest Kaffee also donates a part of their proceeds to various social projects. So by enjoying this coffee, you are also doing good! La Morena is 50% Arabica from Brazil and 50% Robusta from India and they form the basis of this outstanding blend. The roaster’s gentle roasting at low temperatures produces a coffee that is characterised by low acidity and an intense body. You can expect natural flavour nuances of dark chocolate, orange, plum and black pepper.
