Colombia is the world’s largest producer of high-quality Arabica coffee. The high altitudes in the foothills of the Andes allow the coffees to ripen slowly and develop their strong flavour profile. The best quality coffees are called Supremo. Only the largest beans with a sieve size of 17 or 18 can be called this. Colombia Supremo is suitable for any type of preparation, especially for full-bodied filter coffees, but also for mild to medium-strength espressos.
