Brazil – Country Coffee
Roest Kaffee
The Fazenda Miaki is a remarkable coffee producer with a fascinating history. The Japanese family began their agricultural activities in the state of Paraná. After the severe frost in the 1970s, they decided to acquire a piece of land in the Cerrado of Minas Gerais. A few years later, they sold the farm in the south and focused exclusively on the Cerrado. For over 40 years, the Miaki family has been dedicated to the art of coffee production. Today, the reins are in the hands of the youngest generation, equipped with knowledge passed down from their parents and a foundation in agronomy. Their commitment to environmental responsibility is reflected in every step of the farming process.
