The Pink Bourbon from Finca Las Brisas is a beautifully rounded but complex pleasure. Finca las Brisas is located in Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia and is managed by Paulino Quintero. All of Paulino’s varieties and lots are separated so that they can be evaluated individually. The juicy flavours of currants and orange peel give the coffee an expressive acidity, which is paired with a pleasant sweetness of milk chocolate.
