Coconut Coffee 🌴🥥

Crisp, tropical, sweet and bubbly. That’s what this delicious summer drink we stumbled across is and had to try it! We made our own version of the drink and now you can try it too. Here you go!

Recipe

• One large chunk of ice in the bottom of a tall glass or a generous amount of small ice cubes
• Lime slices and juice
• 1 dl coconut water
• 0,5 dl tonic or sparkling water to taste
• Espresso
• Stir gently and serve!

About coconut water

Coconut water is the clear liquid inside coconuts. Coconut water has a long history as a popular drink in tropical countries, but has since found its way to other markets due to its hydrating properties. The taste of coconut is a matter of opinion, but if you’re no stranger to the taste, this delicious coffee drink is definitely worth a try!
