The Ethiopia Kochere coffee comes from the famous Yirgacheffe coffee area in Ethiopia. Local smallholders high quality coffee beans have been brought for processing to the Kochere washing station. This batch is made up from the highest quality beans. Inka Paahtimo has roasted the coffee specially for the espresso method of brewing. The flavor is multi-dimensional, offering notes of blackcurrant and black tea.
