A soft and gentle medium roast coffee with hazelnut, dark plum and marzipan flavours. Cocatrel Cooperative, located in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, is the third largest farming community in Brazil. All coffees are traceable back to the farm. Natural processing involves sun-drying the flesh of the coffee bean for several weeks. After drying, the pulp is peeled from the beans, after which the beans are dried until ready to roast. The processing gives the coffee cup a smooth and sweet taste. The coffee that tastes best with filtering equipment carries a smooth mouthfeel and balanced sweetness.
