Anasora village is located in Shakiso District, northwestern part of Guji Region, one of Ethiopia’s leading production areas. Coffee produced by small farmers of ethnic minorities such as the Oromo, Gedeo, and Amhara is gathered at the Anasora Washing Station. This Ethiopian has an exotic, fruity flavor typical of Guji and a slightly full mouthfeel.
