Mokkamestarit is one of the coffee roasteries who support women in coffee producing countries and the Peru Cecanor coffee has made a positive impact in Peru, improving the whole community in the Cecanor area. Cafe Femenino and Cafe Femenino Foundation are sustainable development projects that support women in their respective different projects such as education, health care, hygiene, production and coffee quality improvement. The foundations help them towards a more equal and dignified life. The women invest the proceeds of their coffee farming in their communities, so ultimately everyone benefits from the efforts of these brave and hard-working women.
