He decided to go into the roasting business because of his passion for great coffee – from origin to roasting and brewing. This balanced medium-bodied coffee from Mariana Junqueira has notes of yellow fruit and a lemony acidity. Long and sweet aftertaste. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied.
