Ethiopia Natural – Korate

Inka Paahtimo roasts coffee orders twice a week. Orders made by Tuesday 8am are shipped on Wednesday and orders made by Friday 8am are shipped on Monday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland.

The coffee is roasted for the espresso brewing method. As an espresso, it is a sweet and balanced coffee with hints of dark berries. For a light espresso, the mouthfeel is very pleasant, full-bodied and not too acidic.

Buno Coffee Trading was established in 2018 and is run by Mr.Abiyot, who oversees the selection of partner farmers, cherry processing and drying practices. Buno manages 7 washing stations in the Guji region. Growers in the region grow their coffee in lush forests surrounded by hills. Buno has focused on working with farmers with 8-15 hectares of land, which makes quality improvements more manageable, allowing coffee to be distributed in micro-batches by a single producer.
