Tom Bagaza’s farm, Coffee Villages, was founded in 2008. Tom, a native, saw coffee as an opportunity to employ himself and invest sustainably back into his community. He buys coffee beans from the nearly 800 farmers already in the area and processes them in a washing station he set up. In addition, some of the farmers are employed to run the washing station. Tom is already investing in a second washing station to match capacity with demand. A nice, intense coffee with red berry, liquorice and black tea aromas. Tea-like mouthfeel and a clear, clean overall flavour.
