Honduras Honey is a directly traded coffee from the Combrifol cooperative, which relies on organic farming. The cooperative has its own processing station where the harvested coffee cherries are collected and processed together. The members cultivate around 1 to 4 hectares of land for various crops. The cooperative offers various educational workshops on cultivation methods and organic farming.
